• What is Lydian Membership?

    Lydian Membership is NOT INSURANCE, but rather a licensed dental savings plan that’s offered through your local dental office. Unlike traditional dental insurance filled with red tape, Lydian Membership features no waiting periods, maximums, exclusions or claims process.

    In exchange for a low annual membership fee starting at only $300/yr, Lydian Membership members receive free exams, x-rays, and cleanings, plus 15-25% off all other dental services at a community of 5+ participating dental offices and mobile clinics across Austin, Texas and Tempe, Arizona.

    Note: free exams, x-rays, and cleanings limited to 2x per member/per annual membership term.

  • How much does Lydian Membership cost?

    Lydian Membership is very affordable and typically pays for itself in only one visit to the dentist.

    Individual Plan – $300.00 per year

    Family Plan – + $250.00 per year (per additional member)

    Note: Lydian Membership renews automatically every 12 months unless you notify your participating dental office or the plan administrator of intent to cancel. All members will receive upcoming renewal notifications via direct mail (30 days prior), email (7 days prior) and phone call (3 days prior).

  • What offices accept Lydian Membership?

    Lydian Membership is accepted at a community of 5+ Lydian Membership offices and mobile clinics across Austin, Texas and Tempe, Arizona.

    A list of participating dental offices and mobile clinics can be found online or by calling (888) 573-8235, Monday through Friday, from 8am to 6pm CST.

  • How soon can I use my membership after enrolling?

    Since Lydian Membership has no waiting periods, exclusions or maximums, you can utilize your membership immediately after enrolling and as much as needed while an active member. If you would like to use your membership prior to member ID cards arriving in the mail (7-10 days), simply mention you’re a member when visiting your participating dental office and they will verify your eligibility real-time.

  • Can I add additional members to my membership?

    Yes, you can add additional family members to your membership anytime by logging into the online member portal or calling (888) 573-8235, Monday through Friday, from 8am to 6pm CST, to speak with a dedicated member support specialist.

  • When will I receive my member ID cards?

    You will receive your new member welcome kit in the mail within 7-10 days from when you’re enrolled. Your member welcome kit will include a member welcome letter, a copy of the member terms and conditions, and 2 member ID cards.

    Note: If you’re a new member and didn’t receive your member welcome kit in the mail, or you’re a current member and lost your member ID cards and need to order new ones, please call (888) 573-8235 to speak with a dedicated member support specialist. We will be happy to mail you a set of replacement ID cards at no additional charge.
